When is the Electro Friday Week campaign?  The Electro Friday campaign will start at 10:00 am on Monday 21 November and continue until 18:30pm Saturday 26 November in all our physical stores and until 27 November at 11:59 pm online.

In which stores are these campaigns available?  The Electro Friday campaign is valid at all Sharaf Electro Stores, i.e. Sharaf Store Dereboyu, Sharaf Mega Store Çatalköy, and Sharaf Central Store Kyrenia, as well as on Sharaf Online.

Will everyone be able to take advantage of these deals? Electro Friday Week is open to the general public but is limited to stock. We advise shopping early not to miss out and to avoid disappointment.

How many gifts can be redeemed at checkout? The gift campaign is tied to the number of products purchased as well as the amount of the total purchase. A gift can be redeemed for every 2,500 TL spent or more, but also considering the number of products in the shopping basket. For example, when a single product of 15,000 TL is purchased, a single gift is applicable. However, when 5 products each worth 3,000 TL are purchased, up to 5 gifts can be claimed.

Is your free delivery service also valid during the Electro Friday week? Our free delivery service is applicable for all online orders during Electro Friday Week but expects delays in delivery times due to a surge in the number of orders.

Can I pay by Credit Card for online orders? For all orders you place through Sharaf Online, it is possible to pay by Money Transfer/Wire to our bank account and cash or credit card at the delivery point.
